I have played around with this and had disaster-

All I wanted was a separate page with no widgets or sidebars of anything and be able to fit the Amazon store page to my blog-Shit this was a process that really bugged me-I found this guys blog that just blew me away -

So below is a code you need to set up using notepad and save as something like astore.php – you will then need to upload to your server using cute or free ftp severs  in the wp- content file -then themes-more explaining as we go.

Below is the code-you will need to change one thing-so read the complete post,really easy to do–

Click here to get note pad code Then copy and save code on notepad, as say- astore.php – we need to change one line after we have set up our astore on Amazon which is the Inline form and will look like–

Log into your Amazon Associate page and select aStore.  This is where you will configure the look of your store and decide which products you want to promote.  You have a few options, one you  can manually choose the products for your store, or you can find a “listmania id” and use the item that are in the list you choose.  Personally, I would hand select my items manually.

Once your store is configured the way you want you will be given a choice on how you want your aStore to be displayed.  Choose the ‘Inline Frame’ then copy the code that is provided.

Very important step- paste the aStore code that you copied from your Amazon Associate page over the default code that you saved in note pad as astore.php file.  The code that is there will lead to my store. Once your new code is pasted over the default code, upload with ftp or change directly on wordpress using the editor.

Should look like this–

Either change on note pad and upload again to your theme site or change it direct on ftp or Cpanel- You need to ftp the php file to your wordpress blog under wp-content then find the theme you are using and upload php file to it.

Alternative method: Login to your WordPress  dashboard and select the theme “Appearance” button, then select “editor.”  Now on the right side there will be a list of pages which are part of your chosen theme.  Select the Amazon aStore Template (looks something like this: Amazon_astore_template.php) You will know it because you just created and uploaded it.

Very important step if you have not already changed the inline code to your store: paste the aStore code that you copied from your Amazon Associate page over the default code that is there.  The code that is there will lead to my store.  Once your new code is pasted over the default code, update the page with the button below the editor.

Navigate back to your WordPress dashboard and select “Page,” then “add new.”  Name this page Store or Shop or whatever you like.   Down below and to the right there should be a place to select a page template.  Use the drop down menu and select “Amazon Store.”  Now publish that page.

My advice is you must have your own domain set up for WordPress-other wise a problem-Domains only cost  around $10 and hosting $10 a month for unlimited domains-from say Hostgator-not sending you there up to you to decide.

I know most people get an affiliate product,buy a domain,put a blog up and then try their hands at Adwords,only to throw a heap of dollars looking at their add on the right side of Google search page-going woo I am on first page-4 days later $100 on clicks passed and no sales-

in goes another $100, they try to tweak the add and still no sales-now down $200 in a week or so,misery sets in,in fact some times pure anger, and they do another $100,also a new campaign they try and so it goes on.

I am not showing you today how to use Adwords but a simple alternative method that will not cost as much and simple to set up.

Free traffic is there really any? -Yes article submissions with quality content-However this can take weeks to work if not months.We all need instant traffic to our site-Afraid to say you will have to pay for this.

I have also found in the last two weeks over 200,000 Adword accounts have been closed for no reasons given,appears that accounts that promoted email zip submits and get rich quick schemes seemed to get a huge percentage of the punishment and it is too much of a coincidence that the new FTC regulations came into effect around the same time. Imagine after you have spent hours and days setting up your campaign to be terminated for ever.Time to seek alternative traffic sources.
